Mr. Munirujjaman is a highly experienced and well-qualified litigator in the country, having 24 years’ practicing experience in both of the Divisions of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh as well as the subordinate courts and tribunals of Bangladesh.
Mr. Munirujjaman obtained his Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree from the University of Dhaka in Trust and Equity, Special Laws of Religions, Laws of Property, Commerce, Trade and Copyrights, Laws of Crime, Contract Law, Evidence and Comparative Legal Systems and he further obtained another Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) Degree from the London Metropolitan University, United Kingdom, in British Legal System, Constitutional Law, European Union Law, and Company Law. He completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Human Rights Law, Environmental Law, and Commercial Law from the University of Dhaka. He was called to the Bar of England and Wales from the Gray’s Inn, London, United Kingdom.
Barrister Munirujjaman has experiences in providing services to individual resolving disputes in quicker, easier, and cheaper way and local and foreign businesses of all sizes, ranging from domestic private companies to multinational corporations, with banks and financial institutions at the forefront, different business companies and groups, government departments and Agencies, human rights organizations, Institutions and Individual citizens. He has proved his excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) particularly as an Arbitrator, Arbitration Lawyer, Mediator and Mediation Trainer. He is a well-known litigator in the Public and Private Service matters.

- MF-CIB (Micro Credit Finance-Credit Information Bureau), having been appointed by the Nathan Associates London, a company incorporated in England and Wales and financed by DFID, UK, Mr. Munirujjaman has drafted and helped in enacting the MRA Laws, Rules, and Legal Framework on Exiting Credit Information Bureau (CIB) and formulating a full-fledged set of Rules and Policies on CIB with necessary guidelines, called as MF-CIB laws, creating a Credit Information Bureau for the Non-Governmental Organizations dealing with Credit Programs to finance the poor in Bangladesh.
- Bangladesh Bank (the central bank of Bangladesh and a member of the Asian Clearing Union), Represented the Bank in the courts and prepared Legal and Analytical Arguments, Opinions and Advices, conducted vetting, verifications and legal research.
- Thengamara Mohila Sabuj Sangha (TMSS), a Non-Government Organization and the third largest Micro Finance Organization in Bangladesh. Barrister Munirujjaman has served the Organization by draft Legal Opinions, contracts, agreements and Advices, conduct vetting and verifications and dealing with the Employees affairs, women’s equality in employment, survey and research on different Contemporaneous company’s Legal affairs, representing them in in the courts of Bangladesh.
- Bangladesh Shipping Corporation (a state-owned, autonomous corporation in Bangladesh) It owns a number of ships and oil tankers and also charters sea-going vessels from other operators. The Organization deals with 99% of the carriages of the Government purchases.
- Department of Immigration and Passports A Department under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Security Services Division, dealing with Issuing, cancelling, retaining Passports and Travel Documents of the Bangladeshi Nationals as well as the foreigners visiting Bangladesh.
- Dhaka North City Corporation (a municipal corporation and autonomous body that governs the north-side area of Dhaka, the capital city of Bangladesh to better manage local services. The area is approximately 197 km consisting of 12 million people.
- Bangladesh Public Administration Training Centre; the largest training institute for the public administration)
- Bangladesh Road Transport Corporation (a state-owned transport corporation in Bangladesh, ensuring safer, cheaper and standard service in transporting people and goods.)
- Rajdhani Unnayan Kartripakkha (RAJUK), a Bangladeshi public agency responsible for coordinating urban development in the Capital city of Dhaka, Bangladesh. RAJUK is comprised of various public officials, city planners, urban administrators, engineers, and architects.
- Fire Service and Civil Defence (an emergency service provider under the Security Services Division of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh which is the first responding Organization to fight against Fire, conduct Rescue in land and water, natural disasters, emergency services of hazards and medical services.
- Information Commission: an independent Statutory Body responsible for ensuring dissemination information to the people of Bangladesh according to the Right to Information Act, 2009.
