Murshida Akhter

Morshida Akhter is an advocate of the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws degree from the National University of Bangladesh in Criminal Law, Civil Law, Contract Law,Company Law, Labour Law,Tort Law, and Evidence Law.

Morshida Akhter joined the firm in 2001 and has since worked on cases involving business, banking, and service laws. In the firm, Morshida’s areas of expertise include counseling clients on immigration, public transportation, and other contractual and business issues. She has extensive expertise in a variety of domestic arbitration cases.
